As an ADHD life coach, I help people understand how their brain works and build practical tools to make everyday life feel more manageable.
ADHD coaching is supportive, action-focused, and centered on your strengths. It’s not about “fixing” you — it’s about helping you work with your brain instead of against it.
Here’s what an ADHD life coach typically helps with:
Understanding ADHD and how it shows up in your life
Creating simple systems for time management and organization
Breaking big goals into realistic, doable steps
Reducing overwhelm and procrastination
Building routines that actually stick
Improving confidence and self-trust
Providing accountability and ongoing support
Coaching is a collaborative process. Together, we identify what’s not working, experiment with new strategies, and adjust until you find what truly fits you.
The goal is simple: less chaos, more clarity, and a life that feels aligned with who you are.

This call will be for us to discuss what you would like to get out of coaching, any goals you have in mind and to answer any of your questions about me and my coaching style. This is a great, commitment free way to ensure you are comfortable and ready to make the next step.

Many would say the main difference is that therapy focuses on healing and the past while coaching is action and future focused. In my experience they overlap even in this over simplification.
Coaching is focused on how to move you closer to your goals. That in itself can bring up emotions and be healing at times. Therapy often works on how to make change to live a healthier life. Both are meant to support you through your journey. Many benefit from both therapy and coaching. Its all about what is best for you.
As a coach I am not licensed to treat or diagnose you with any mental health disorders. -
