Meet Coach Kerrie

A woman with glasses, shoulder-length dark hair, and earrings smiling at the camera, wearing a denim jacket and a brown top.

My ADHD diagnosis at 31, shortly after the birth of my child, was a turning point in my life. What once felt like personal shortcomings began to make sense through a neurodivergent lens. That clarity transformed not only how I understood myself, but how I structured my life.

Since my diagnosis, I’ve dedicated myself to learning about ADHD—how it shows up in adulthood, how it impacts parenting, relationships, and work, and how to create practical, sustainable strategies that honor an ADHD brain. Through this journey, I discovered ADHD Coaching and realized it was the exact kind of support I wish I had earlier in life.

Today, I’m passionate about helping others move from confusion and frustration to clarity and confidence. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, exploring the possibility of ADHD, or simply feeling stuck, I provide compassionate, strengths-based support tailored to your unique brain.

Your ADHD journey is your own—and you deserve support that meets you exactly where you are.
